About the Andre Young

So, you’ve seen my creations, you’ve seen the passion that I bring, so now it’s time to know about me. Born on October 1985 in the city of Montego Bay, Jamaica. I’ve grown up around strong images and colors. My first foray into photography started when I first thought of doing graphic designing with my friends photos. After accomplishing that aspect of working with photos, I thought to myself, I should start taking my own photos, so I will be able to expand my imagination, and there I will be more creative.

My initial focus was on graphic designing, but that has expanded to include photography and photo retouching. Experience and a genuine love for the art of Image Making is one of the key attributes at André Designz Photography. Combined with five (5) years of experience in the field of professional photography, and a true concern your needs, you can be assured of nothing but the best.

My aim is for you to be comfortable with every shoot, and love every image as much as I do.

My service includes Weddings, Fashion, Commercial, Nature and Landscape Photography.

Wedding: You’ve already seen my images of weddings, I also hope that you have seen how I have captured the feeling of this special day, not just how gorgeous everyone looks. But the happy moments that was shared, which is a once in a lifetime occasion.

Fashion: I love fashion shoots, its where you are able to be anyone you want to be. This actually shows a different side of your beauty, that you have never seen before.

Commercial: Commercial photography is a photographic work carried out for commercial purposes, such as for Magazine Advertising, Corporate Publications, Brochures, Restaurant Menus, etc. On a basic level, commercial photography involves a client that wants to sell or promote something for which they need photographs taken. Nature: It is a great privilege to be born on the island of Jamaica that boasts such lush beauty. Being a photographer in this amazing island has allowed me to experience surreal beauty from the flowing rivers of Reach Falls to the outstanding Blue Mountains thus influencing my passion to capture our eccentric landscapes. The photos seen on this site will draw you in, giving you the chance to enjoy God’s great creation.

Landscape: My first love in photography when I first got my camera as a teenager was landscape photography. There’s something about getting out in nature with the challenge of capturing some of the amazing beauty that you see. Perhaps it fits with my personality type but I loved the quietness and stillness of waiting for the perfect moment for the shot, scoping out an area for the best vantage point and then seeing the way that the light changed a scene over a few hours.
